New Head of Marketing and Sales

Since April 1st in 2020, a fresh wind blows through our headquarters in Hamburg: our team has been strengthened by the addition of Leif Parker, who is taking over the responsibility for marketing, sales and product management.

After stays abroad in France and Great Britain, during his studies and in the course of his professional activities, he has now returned to his home port after being away for ten years. In his luggage, Mr. Parker has a broad collection of experiences from his work in management consulting, from which we can now benefit.

In addition to big corporations, Mr. Parker has also advised numerous medium-sized companies just like KARL DOSE and therefore has a special understanding for the challenges we are currently facing.

The approach to his marketing, sales and digitalization strategies is a close cooperation with the customer in order to ensure the highest possible market and customer orientation.

"In order to react to the influences of global trends and to always keep the requirements of our customers in mind, we need to internalize that individual products and services only lead to temporary customer satisfaction. In other industries we can already observe today, that complete customer orientation can only be realized if comprehensive solutions address all relevant touch points," says Mr. Parker.
